Lockdown

Kia ora, Bloggers
Today I am going to tell you about my time in lockdown. The last week I have been doing some drawing with my sister. I have also been watching tv, Talking to my friends, playing on the xbox, reading books, Doing some school work and doing some painting. Because I do dancing I have bee doing online dancing every Tuseday and Thursday. My Mum and Dad have been giving us some scavenger hunts. One of them was they rote down the alphabet and we had to find something in and around our house beginning with ever letter. The other one we did was they had a bunch of sentances like, find a stick bigger that your hand. We would have to do that with all the sentances and collect all the things. I really miss my friends and teachers. I really want to go back to school. I really thought I wouldn't say that. Stay home and stay safe.
Thank you for reading my Blog post.
Please write a comment about what you are doing if you have any time.
Blog you later.

Don't let what is happening stop you from smiling.

  5. Hi Brittany, wow sounds like you've been very busy. Sounds like you've had some great family time too. Maybe you could share the paintings you have done on your blog? Or maybe a dance video to teach others what you've learnt? I've been trying to learn a new song on drums every day and write a poem every day, it's been great learning!

  6. Hey there Brittany, it's wonderful to see that you are blogging about your experiences of lockdown. The scavenger hunts sounds like great fun - have you thought about setting your adults a challenge, and you being the one in charge of the game? It's really interesting (and nice) to hear that you are missing being at school - I am too! These blogs are such a good way to connect with people from Te Waka Ako, so keep blogging and also checking out other people's blogs too. By commenting on other people's blogs, and getting them to read yours, you are spreading positivity and kindness, whilst getting ideas for lots of fun activities to keep you entertained. 8. Kia Ora Brittany! We also did the alphabet finder. We had so much doing the letter. What we had to do was think of something for what letter we were doing, do paper, scissors, rock the whoever one the rounds got to say what they thought of for that letter. Did you get the email of the scavenger hunts that I sent you?

    Blog you later!

  9. Wow, you have been really busy Brittany! It's great that you are involved in such a variety of activities that get your brain and your body working. I have been spending a lot of time on school work too and also going for walks and playing with my grandson, Ngakau. I hope you are enjoying your google meetings each day with you teacher and class mates - hopefully we will be back at school soon.
