During lockdown I have been going on my trampoline quite a lot. Me and y sister go on it in the mornings at around 8.30am and we go on it sometimes during the day. In the mornings it is wet because I rains at night. When we go on the tramp in the morning we bounce really high. During the day I is mot wet any more because I drys. I do handstands, flips and other tricks on the tramp.

  1. Heya Brittany, good to see you blogging again. Say hi to your Mum and sister too. Trampolines are great for fun and exercise. I use to use my sons when we had one too. Do you jump on it when it is wet and get all wet yourselves. That is great when it is warm weather. Can you add a photo of you and your sister on it? have a lovely weekend.

  2. Hi Brittany, what a great way to have fun and keep fit. When I was younger, my friend had a trampoline. Her and I spent many hours having fun on it. We even did some 'trampolene dancing', as we called it. That was where we made up a dance together and practiced it until we were both in time. Great fun! Do you think you and your sister could create a dance and your mum could video it?
Stay safe in your bubble and we will see you when we all start school again.

  3. Kia ora Brittany,
It's good to see you outside. It rains quite a lot, right? I have a trampoline too. If you want to know more about it, just look at one of my blog posts. I blogged about it, it was my first or second blog post I did in lockdown.

It's good to see you blogging. Have a beautiful day, Bye!

  5. Hi Brittany, sounds like you are staying very active during this time away from school! Does it make a difference to your jumping technique and style if the trampoline is wet? When I was at Secondary School (like Intermediate in the UK) we used to have trampolining sessions as part of our PE/Fitness timetable - I used to think it was a lot of fun, I was never able to somersault though! What kinds of twists and turns can you do? Maybe you could post a photograph of your trampoline. Check out Rael's blog - she has a trampoline too and wrote a post about it. Also, Wiremu in Mokoroa shared a blog post about his trampoline too - maybe you could comment on it. Thanks for sharing Brittany. :-)

  7. Great stuff Brittany, I used to love playing on the trampoline. We had an old rectangle one when I was your age, I flipped and went through the springs. Wasn't so fond of it after that. We used to set up the sprinkler on it so that it would be like a fountain. You are lucky to have a trampoline so you can be active in your bubble.
